Mattress too hard or too soft?

With a customised sleep system, you will wake up refreshed and ready for the tasks of the day. Our sleep experts will be happy to help you find the right sleep oasis. However, sometimes you realise after a few days or weeks that the firmness of the mattress doesn't quite harmonise with your body.

In this case, we offer you, together with our manufacturers, an exchange of the mattress core for a different period of time. (see table below)

For the first core replacement, Schubiger Möbel covers all costs for you (material, labour, travel costs).
The customer's request for a core replacement can be made at the earliest two weeks after delivery. It is important to give the back some time to get used to the changed sleeping conditions.
Further core replacements, replacements outside of this warranty and used vehicles are always possible, but are subject to a charge.
