Collection, delivery & assembly

Because the well-being of our customers is also important to us after the sale, we offer to deliver the furniture directly to your home and assemble it straight away. This is not only more relaxed for you, but also good for the high-quality furniture so that it is transported safely.

General information

The delivery method, availability and delivery times of the items can be found in the respective product description. The corresponding shipping and delivery costs are shown in the product description and in the shopping basket. You can customise some of the delivery methods to suit your requirements. 

Deliveries in Switzerland

We deliver and install all items with Schubiger Full Service from CHF 195 in the greater Zurich area and immediate vicinity (e.g. Winterthur, St. Gallen, Zug, Lucerne, Aarau, Schwyz; see green colouring). Deliveries to all other areas and holiday regions, such as Graubünden, Valais and Ticino, are possible for a maximum surcharge of CHF 295.

Schubiger Full service

Service - it doesn't stop at the checkout!

We are happy to deliver your new furniture to your home. Some furniture can be difficult to assemble, either because you don't have a helping hand or because you can't follow the instructions. For our trained team, however, this is routine and they know exactly where to start.

This service can be booked for a fee for all furniture. Of course, this service is not available for mail-order items.

What you get with our full service:

• Transport to the desired location in your home
• Professional assembly
• Disposal of the packaging material
• Instruction on handling and care
• Offer of replacement furniture for an additional charge subject to availability in the event of long delivery times

Collection

If you have opted for free collection from one of the Schubiger Möbel branches or if it is a collection item, goods in stock can be collected from the reception of the respective branch 2 days after receipt of the order confirmation. If the goods are not in stock, you will be informed immediately after we have received the goods. In this case, there are no shipping or delivery costs. Shipping article

We have smaller items delivered to your home by DPD. The shipping costs are shown during the checkout process and amount to CHF 15 per order. From a purchase value of CHF 150, we will pay the shipping costs. If the goods are available immediately, the delivery time is approx. 3 working days. Please note that it is noted in the respective product description whether the item can be sent by post. The order has a minimum order value of CHF 50.

Exchange and return

We grant the customer the right to return products in stock within 10 days of delivery or collection.

Returns are at the customer's expense. If the item is returned complete, unused and in its original packaging, the purchase price already paid will be refunded. In such cases, any payment already made will be refunded after the goods have been inspected.
