Return of ordered products

Many products on our website are customised to your specifications and produced by the manufacturer after your purchase. These products are excluded from exchange and return.

We grant the customer the right to return products in stock within 10 days of delivery or collection. Returns are at the customer's expense. If the item is returned complete, unused and in its original packaging, the purchase price already paid will be refunded. In these cases, any payment already made will be refunded after the goods have been inspected.

How do you proceed with a return?

Step 1: Contact our customer service and notify us of your return. Please include the reason for the return, the order number and the article numbers. Please send your enquiry to [email protected] or use our contact form.

Step 2: After checking the return, you organise the return shipment or bring the product back to us in person. Please note that the return costs will not be refunded.

Step 3: Upon receipt, we will check the goods and refund the purchase price within 14 days. This is usually done by bank transfer.
