Yes, our personal interior design consultation is completely free of charge and, of course, there’s no obligation. You’re under no pressure to purchase anything after the consultation – we simply want to help you find the best solutions for your home. Our sales consultants will take the time to talk to you without any time pressure and will tailor their advice to your specific needs, style and budget.
Depending on the type of consultation and your requirements, we allocate between 30 and 90 minutes for your appointment. For an end-to-end kitchen design or a comprehensive living space consultation, we recommend allowing a little more time. This gives us plenty of scope to co-create concepts, review solutions, and deliver actionable design proposals.
Yes, we offer a dedicated kitchen consultation service at our Regensdorf branch. Our kitchen experts will guide you through the entire planning process – from the initial sketch and choice of materials right through to the final bespoke kitchen design. When booking, simply select the option ‘Kitchen consultation in Regensdorf’ and secure your preferred appointment directly online.
We currently offer in-person consultations at two locations: our Main store at 423 Ueberlandstrasse in Zürich and our branch at 50 Pumpwerkstrasse in Regensdorf. In addition, the exclusive UrbanDesign showroom in Regensdorf is available for design-focused interior design consultations. Simply select your preferred location when booking.
It’s best to bring floor plans or dimensioned drawings of your rooms, if you have them. Photos of your current furnishings, colour samples or inspirational images – for example from magazines or Pinterest – will also help our advisors to quickly understand your personal style. The more we know about your ideas, the better we can advise you.
Yes, you can select an available slot at any time – even at short notice – via our online booking system, Calendly. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment you have already booked, you can do so easily via the confirmation link in your booking confirmation. We ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, if possible, so that we can make alternative arrangements.
