Furniture as a daily companion
The sideboard - a universal favourite! Sideboards have a standard width of between 180 cm and 250 cm. They fit perfectly in the dining room or living room and serve as storage space for decorative items and all kinds of crockery. They are colour-coordinated with the dining room or living room. The sideboards often have a door on the left and right and drawers in the centre. Open compartments are rather rare, as they get dusty more quickly. The doors can be opened with push-pull, handles or a recessed grip. The drawers now often have a full-extension runner with soft-close fittings. A sideboard or a highboard are real storage space wonders in the living room and dining room. They are available in many different colours and types of wood. This makes them easy to combine with other furniture. The development of furniture history is interesting - many furniture manufacturers now offer matching sideboards for dining groups. It has mutated into a standard. We women are delighted. Storing the crockery right next to the table is no longer a problem and we save ourselves a lot of running around.
The coffee table
The coffee table is an indispensable part of any home. With its many possible functional capabilities, it is a piece of furniture like a twin - with several faces. There is angled storage space under the table top, where lots of small odds and ends can be hidden away. There is also a salon table, which has several table tops at different heights due to its design; these can be rotated and moved among each other. Coffee tables - small furniture with a big impact! The surfaces are different, possible variants are solid oak, beech, walnut or glass with a chrome frame. Side tables are ideal for placing next to a recliner. Lie back and relax and put your coffee and book to one side while you let the recliner massage you. Pick up an exciting thriller, place your reading glasses on the coffee table and enjoy the day. The big brother of the coffee table is the coffee table. Both can be wonderfully combined in one room. Add a pretty chest of drawers and you have a cosy TV corner or reading corner.
A sofa bed, also popularly known as a folding sofa, often has a bed base. A corner sofa can also include a bed function. Matching sofas and armchairs are functional and attractive so that visitors have enough space to sit. Attractive chests of drawers complete the picture. A sofa bed is a piece of furniture that can be used in a variety of ways. Decorated with a beautiful blanket, it fits into any guest room. Provide your guest with two chests of drawers for storage so that even the smallest room can be kept tidy. An armchair would be very comfortable as additional seating, also for reading books. Bookworms will get a taste for it and can relax in comfort.
Sofas, corner sofas, sofa beds or armchairs
Sofas, whether as corner sofas, folding sofas, sofa beds or sofa beds, can now be found in every home. Sofa beds definitely save space. Let's take a one-room flat as an example, i.e. resting and living in one room. The day begins - in the morning, put your duvet and pillows in the bed base and push your sofa bed together. Then place the decorations on top and your living room is ready for the day. After work, you can receive visitors and it will always look tidy. Before going to bed, simply take out the duvet and pillows and hide the decorations, and your bedroom is ready. Conclusion - living is also possible with such great furniture in the smallest of spaces.
