Pascal Hatt is a trained technical salesman and has been working with great dedication as a home consultant at the furniture store Schubiger in Regensdorf since 2013 - and has also been branch manager since 2024. He is particularly fond of personal contact with his customers, whose positive feedback inspires him every day. He finds his balance at the piano - especially with Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata, which always brings him to rest.

Which customer experience do you particularly remember?

I have a customer in mind with whom communication was initially quite difficult. During an intensive consultation, however, she built up trust in me and in the end I was allowed to furnish her entire flat.

Being surrounded by high-quality furniture every day is wonderful. And I really enjoy the contact with customers.

What motivates you?

When the customer leaves happy and satisfied. That's the best recognition for me. Even if a customer found the decision difficult and I receive positive feedback when I contact them later.

In addition to your role as a home consultant, you also work in the office. Is it easy to combine the two?

It is very important to me that I am challenged at work. One of the challenges I find very interesting is switching between the two worlds. Of course, it requires skilful division. But I'm very good at interrupting my administrative work when necessary, being there for the customer immediately and taking care of their wishes. This variety is motivating and makes my working day exciting.

What do you value about your employer and your team?

The Schubigers are very innovative people, they look to the future and are open to new things, which I like. The hierarchies are also flat and communication channels are fast. There is variety every day and I appreciate working independently. I also like the atmosphere in the team.
